Family Life
Behind the business is a husband, father, and grandfather who believes that family, faith, and relationships are at the heart of a meaningful life.
Bryon and his wife, Sally, have been married since 1996. Together, they raised four children, two of whom are now married, and they are blessed to be grandparents. After spending 25 years homeschooling their children, Sally and Bryon have recently entered a new and exciting season of life as empty nesters. While they certainly miss having a full house, they are enjoying the freedom and opportunities that come with this new chapter—and especially the opportunity to spend more time with their growing family.
Family remains one of the most important parts of their lives. With their children and grandchildren spread across the country, Bryon and Sally enjoy traveling and making the most of every opportunity to be together. Whether it's a family gathering, a weekend visit, or simply creating memories with their grandchildren, those moments are among their favorite.
When he's not working with clients, Bryon enjoys sports, playing guitar, and singing. He has a particular love for sports and enjoys following his favorite teams, but some of his favorite moments are much simpler—getting outside, traveling with Sally, spending time with family, or sitting down with a guitar and making music.
Bryon believes that life and business are ultimately about people and relationships. The same values that have guided him as a husband, father, and grandfather—integrity, commitment, service, and genuinely caring about others—are the values he brings to every client relationship.

Spiritual Life
Faith is not simply a part of Bryon's life—it is the foundation that shapes who he is, how he treats others, and how he approaches both life and business. Bryon and his family have been actively involved in their church for many years, finding great joy in serving others and being part of a community centered on faith, family, and service.
Throughout the years, Bryon has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of ministries, including the Worship Team, Deacon Board, Bible teaching, Men's Ministry, and Couples Ministry. These experiences have given him countless opportunities to encourage others, walk alongside people through difficult seasons, and share the hope he has found through his relationship with God.
Bryon believes that one of the greatest ways to demonstrate faith is through how we love and serve people. He genuinely enjoys getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping wherever he can. Whether someone is celebrating an exciting new chapter in life or walking through a difficult season, Bryon strives to be someone who listens, encourages, and offers help when it is needed.
His faith also influences the way he approaches his work. Integrity, honesty, compassion, and serving others are not simply business principles—they are personal convictions.
